We are in network provider for most major insurance companies. 

There are no guarantees about the level of reimbursement from your insurance company and you are responsible for payment and knowing your benefits.

 

Questions for your insurance company:  

• Do I have  mental health or behavioral health coverage?

• Do I need to meet a deductible?

• What is my copay or coinsurance responsibility?

Because both your time and your treatment is important, your appointment  time is specially reserved for you. With this in mind, please note that  if you cannot keep your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is needed. All missed appointments or cancellations made without 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee. 

 

We accept cash, check, or credit cards.  

Payment is due at the time of service.
