About Lisa

I enjoy working alongside my clients in their pursuit of achieving therapy goals to improve well-being and to reduce points of pain and, in some cases, suffering. I am comfortable meeting clients in using "talk" therapy, "art" therapy, or a combination in fostering a trusting and nurturing space for healing. In person and virtual appointments are available.

I work with clients experiencing life transitions, identity considerations, grief, relationship concerns, anxiety and depression, difficulties coping with life's demands, and/or having a desire to "feel better".

It is important to me to cultivate a therapeutic space that is sensitive to diverse life experiences and how culture and identity influence well-being. I welcome the opportunity to work with BIPOC individuals, as well as individuals that identify within the LGBTQIA+ community.

I would be honored to learn about you and understand that you are the expert in your life and have many strengths you bring to the work. I have been a therapist and art therapist since 2014.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri, and a National Certified Counselor.
